Terms of participation in the Free Issue Program

• The Free Issue program is only available to and intended for pre-authorized SOFA sponsored Military organizations and their functions within the gates of the Mainland Japan U.S. Military bases. 

• The product involved with the free issue program shall not be used for individual use, re-sale, or personal gain in anyway. 

• Free Issue product shall not be used once past the expiration date specified by the manufacturer.  If the organization chooses to request products be extended by the U.S. Army Food Inspection service or any other authorized service of that nature, the organization does so at it's own risk.  Coastal Pacific Food Distributors does not endorse this nor will be held accountable for any situations that may arise due to an extension. 

• Processing of free issue requests is done on a first come, first serve basis.  Processing and delivery may take 7 to 10 days.

• Once the Free Issue product has been delivered to the receiving organizations, it is the receiving organizations' responsibility to ensure that the Free Issue product is used ethically and properly as outlined within this text.  Coastal Pacific Food Distributors is not liable for any misuse or misconduct concerning the free issue product once the product is out of Coastal Pacific Food Distributors' possession. 

• Misuse/suspected misuse of the free issue program may result in the suspension and/or termination of participation in the free issue program.
