How long will it take for my free issue request to be delivered?

It will usually take between 7-10 days from the cut off submission date.

Is free issue available to anybody?

Free Issue is only available to pre-authorized SOFA sponsored Military organizations and their functions within the gates of the Mainland Japan U.S. Military bases. If you would like to participate in the free issue program please send an email to customerservice@coastal-pacific.net.

Can I use free issue for a fund raiser?

No, Free Issue product can only be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined on the free issue page.
